About Julianne

I was raised in Howard-Suamico, graduated from Bay Port High School, and later from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. This community shaped who I am, and it’s an honor to now serve it in a new way as a Realtor with Resource One Realty.

Before real estate, I built a career in creativity. I’m a business owner and work as a freelance graphic designer and creative marketing strategist, helping brands tell meaningful stories and grow with intention. That background influences everything I do. I see homes not just as properties, but as spaces where stories unfold and chapters change.

Real estate, to me, isn’t about pressure or quick transactions. It’s about thoughtful transitions. Smart decisions. And relationships built over time.

You might also see me behind the bar at Starbucks. I’m a barista, and I genuinely love connecting with people over coffee. So if you’re ever in, say hello. Some of the best conversations start there.

In my free time, you’ll find me getting coffee with friends, spending time with my dog and cat, or staying involved in the community by supporting and volunteering with local nonprofits.
