Did you KNOW?? Right now MIGHT be the PERFECT time to UPGRADE!! Why???, the market is crazy!?!?! YES. The Market is crazy, but in a good way! WHAT?? Over the last 12 months we have seen market appreciation somewhere between 18-25%, Just CRAZY High Numbers, market predictions are projecting closer to a normal rate of appreciation over the next 12 months (2-3%). This market has plateaued. Over the past 8 months Absorption rates locally have been around .5 months of inventory, Remember 6 months is a balanced Market. Now we are starting to see inventory build, 2-3 months of inventory, still a sellers’ market, but not as extreme. Which will allow you the time to find the next house, list your home (and sell of course) intime to make that move happen. All areas and price ranges are different.
