About Nanci

For Nanci, communication and client education is the key to a smooth transaction. Beyond the transaction, she aims to remove the stress and make this a genuinely enjoyable experience – which is why so many of her clients remain true friends. In turn, they refer her to their friends and family when they have their own real estate questions.

While real estate is all about relationships. Nanci also believes that staying abreast of current real estate trends, techniques and laws give her clients the edge. She provides a higher standard of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation. Instead of only attending the minimum amount of educational seminars required to retain her license, she continues to learn as much as possible, to the benefit of her, her clients and her co-workers.

Nanci and her husband Joel have a teenage son, two dogs and a cat. In her leisure time, Nanci enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and traveling.

As an animal advocate, Nanci donates a portion of each commission to the medical fund at the Bay Area Humane Society.
